Everything went well from the gentleman that greeted me and asked for the name of the service rep to opening the door for me. Andrew was very friendly and helpful. I just bought a pre-owned 2020 Kia Soul with only 11K miles!!!! Since I was upgrading from a 12 year old SUV, it's pretty evident I am not a frequent car shopper. As a single female and a senior citizen, miles!!!! Since I was upgrading from a 12 year old SUV, it's pretty evident I am not a frequent car shopper. As a single female and a senior citizen, I couldn't be happier with my sales consultant, Jermaine Lewis and Sales Manager, Andrei Thacker. From the beginning, I felt valued as everyone was wearing a mask (due to the pandemic). It was evident the team at Daytona Toyota valued my safety. Jermaine listened to my story and was able to find just what I imagined as the perfect car! I wanted a late model used car and I wanted it to be white! And today I'm so happy with my Snow White Kia Soul which I have named "Pearl". After I got Pearl home, I discovered a couple little things she needed and those were addressed with minimal wait time. I am 100% satisfied! And I feel like I've made some life-long friends at Daytona Toyota! I highly recommend you give Jermaine Lewis and/or Andrei Thacker a chance to make you happy too! More
