Sales people are awful; don’t follow through with promises made when purchasing a vehicle. Constant harassment to buy a new vehicle not appreciated. Would prefer to go to a different dealership for promises made when purchasing a vehicle. Constant harassment to buy a new vehicle not appreciated. Would prefer to go to a different dealership for service as this place is old & out of my way but I have some kind of lifetime free oil change that’s not accepted at closer Toyota dealers. Service counter people are good but of course they r always trying to sell customers more services than what owners bring their cars in for. More
