I have dealt with Daytona Toyota service for years. The major complaint I have is that when I come for an oil change and tire rotation I do not want to make appointment for that service. Always had my car serviced without incident till now. Had a appointment for service, I guess they forgot about me. Waited over a hour, went out to the service desk, no one was there. My service advisor today was Thomas Clark. I would like to give him the best rating possible, as he took perfectly good care of my needs and was courteous and kind. The sale and follow up was very pleasant, I stated what I wanted and we were able to agree on a lease with terms I asked for.
