I appreciate honesty from my car service location. I went to another location and was told I needed this and this and that. I couldn’t afford all those services at the time, but one thing I told myself went to another location and was told I needed this and this and that. I couldn’t afford all those services at the time, but one thing I told myself was that when I got the money I would get the sway bars replaced. Before going to Daytona Toyota I called up my local Toyota to find out which about the sway bar replacement that they said I needed as the last time I went they said there were clicking noises in the front and upon inspection sway bars needed to be replaced. Well they couldn’t find any notes on me needing them replaced which I found odd. Since I was going to be in Daytona I set up an appointment with you to get them replaced but was told by the tech they didn’t need to be replaced. This tells me that I was probably lied to to drum up business at the local Toyota place I normally visit. More

I received a call about a recall for the fuel pump on my vehicle. I was initially told I would have to wait until after Labor Day to get vehicle seen. I expressed concern as the recall can cause vehicles to vehicle. I was initially told I would have to wait until after Labor Day to get vehicle seen. I expressed concern as the recall can cause vehicles to stall at higher speeds and I had to get on I-4 over weekend. After speaking with manager was able to be seen next day and part was ordered and expedited. The only downside was the wait was almost 4 hours when told it was only going to take about 2 hours. Thankful on Toyota being able to accommodate. More
Easy check in and out. When I got home I discovered they did NOT reinstall the tire valve stem caps or fill out the maintenance guide. If the techs can't remember a small thing like replacing the caps back did NOT reinstall the tire valve stem caps or fill out the maintenance guide. If the techs can't remember a small thing like replacing the caps back on after checking the tires for air pressure what else did they forget to check? John said that he will mail me some valve stem caps. Not an old car. 2019 Camry with 4,000 miles. More
