I have had a Toyota since 2008 and just bought a new Rav 4. The service is always good and they usually get me out in a reasonable amount of time. That said once you show interest in one of the vehicles the sales manager gets involved and now the pressure is on. I bought the RAV4 but when I got home I realized that While I got a great new car I had payments that would be uncomfortable. I had wanted to check other dealers and go over my financial situation at home but I let them talk me into an immediate buy. My fault but when I get another vehicle in the future Toyota will not be my first stop since they don’t seem to believe in letting the customer leave and check other places and think things over.
