Much older than she is. I have been going to Toyota for my Oil Changes for 7 years, and NEVER been treated like that. First, and last time l will use her. My Service Rep. passed away and l miss her terribly, and it is going to be hard to replace her. BUT, l assure you as soon as soon as she was through being rude and unprofessional.
