I called on Friday about a strong smell of gas coming from my vehicle. I spoke with Karen and she was truly concerned with my issue. After getting my vehicle started for review she came to the waiting room to let me know what was going to occur. The entire process took a couple of hours. She provided me progress updates along the way and let me know what was being done. I'm glad that my description helped solve the problem. More

On my service statement it said I declined services that I was never told about. I noticed I needed something else done to my car. I had already spent 852.00 dollars so now i have to spend extra.
