I called her on a Tuesday or Wednesday and by Friday she had gotten back to me that she found the perfect car and I needed to come in and see it. It is absolutely beautiful and I am very happy with it. She dealt fairly with us and gave us the deal we were looking for. The front bumper had some minor damage that she said would be repaired without charge. I made an appointment for the next week and was giving a beautiful loaner car to drive while my new car was being repaired. It. Looks brand new and I couldn't be happier! Kiki is definitely the person to help you in your search for the perfect car! More

Danny answered my questions patiently and accurately -I checked his answers on line! While we were chatting about the specific model, and the dealer’s certification, he had a car brought around for a quick test drive. Danny offered me a fair price on the car....it was already listed on an on-line site as a good deal at the original price, and he gave me a great value for my trade-in. Process took about forty five minutes. An afternoon of further research and a couple of telephone conversations with Danny, convinced me I should take the deal, especially when the price was dropped an additional one thousand dollars. A deposit held the purchase. I returned to the dealership the next day and mainly dealt with Richie...equally knowledgeable, responsive and efficient. I sincerely appreciated the work of these two men. Never once did I feel pressured...even with the financing advisor...to buy something I did not want, or need. They treated me respectfully and listened to my concerns. They ensured that the process was as smooth as possible. Looked at a few cars being privately sold as well as a couple of other dealerships. Everything was over priced, and not the quality I wanted. When I arrived at Daytona Toyota, there was just this overall calm feeling that Frank and his team would help me work out a solution. I had no previous car ownership experience in my name, so it was my first time financing a vehicle. I was very nervous! Frank discussed a couple of options with me, then told me he may have found something that could work. I asked my dad if the car was in the lot yet; and he said it was, so I prepared myself to go out and see the vehicle. I was skeptical, because I figured my options would be limited. When I walked into the lot, I saw this beautiful 2014 sapphire blue Honda Civic. It was exactly the color and model I was hoping for! I had never even told Frank and his team this yet, but this would have been my choice of color and exactly the style I wanted. I was like they just knew! Then Frank gave me the good news that he would not only be able to work with keeping my down payment at the limit I had set but also that my monthly payments would be well within the range of what I had asked for. And my insurance had only gone up by a very small amount! The best part is that not only is my vehicle covered by both Gap and Warranty, but Frank’s deal includes free oil changes for a lifetime, repair work at their shop, and a free car to borrow while any repair work is being done. Frank takes care of his customers! I came in with nothing, but I drove out in a beautiful blue Honda Civic, registered in my name, at a price I can absolutely afford. Thank you Frank! I will be recommending Daytona Toyota to everyone I know. More

I scheduled an appointment to test drive and also test drove a manual transmission model for comparison. Satisfied with my original choice, I advised Remi that i would return Saturday to sign papers. I appreciate that Remi and his supeiriors did not pressure me in any manner. When i returned Saturday, he and the other hey individuals were efficient and had me out of the dealership within 3 hours. It's been my best vehicle buying experience. More

Service Debacle Spent money on a diagnosis at Daytona Toyota for a Camry. Had the parts replaced as per the diagnostics undertaken by this dealership. Found out the bill was estimated to be $900.00 plus tax. Turns out the parts were in perfect working order after replaced; which proves they werent tested in the diagnostic. The diagnostic recommended some further service. Spent more money and this diagnostic was incorrect also. Dealership now recommends further work but at this point I said no more. This service department may never have tested anything but only guessed knowing this car was a "CASH COW" waiting to be milked of 1000's of dollars. Stay away from this dealership. I asked to speak with a service manager before the last service but never was able to speak to one even though I was told there were 2 managers. More
