I've owned & serviced this old Camry here since 2006. Today was: change oil, rotate tires, do multi-point check. No other service was needed. Steve has taken care of us for I don't how long, and when we visit, we have to trepidation about the service we will receive. We owned at least six, maybe seven, RAV-4 models, both new and used for children we visit, we have to trepidation about the service we will receive. We owned at least six, maybe seven, RAV-4 models, both new and used for children and grandchildren, and will not consider going to another model or brand. A few years back, my wife T-boned a driver that ran a light and shot out of an underpass before my wife could even touch the brakes, 35mph, A two-year old grandson in the back seat, in a child safety seat. Behind him, in the cargo area were 300 lbs of loose garden bricks from Home Depot. At 35mph, no brakes applied: One brick came over the back of the rear seat and lit on the floor. The seatbacks of the back seat never budged. The Airbags deployed, the engine was pushed down and under the car, It was totaled, but not even a crack in the windshield. Both the baby and my wife walked away without a physical blemish. Ergo, having performed our own collision test ... We will never own anything outside a RAV-4. More
