Not very helpful over phone schedule for a service, tire rotation and recall. When I arrived i was to tire rotation ran out and they were not doing any fixes for the recall at the time. Would have been nice rotation and recall. When I arrived i was to tire rotation ran out and they were not doing any fixes for the recall at the time. Would have been nice to know when I scheduled all of it that they had no fix yet would not of driven over for just an oil change. Came to tell me i needed cabin air filter change and got additive when I said no. Got my vehicle and driving down the road an noticed a loud xxxxxxx noise come to find out my air box was not put back together right. And had a chunk in my grille looks to be form a belt or a pocket screwdriver. One more Toyota dealer ship I will never go back to. Bought my vehicle from there sales staff amazing. More
