I had asked to have the rear brakes replaced as they came up as yellow on the needs attention report two services ago. I took my 2022 RAV4 to the Service Dept. today because two Maintenance items appeared on control screen- No check engine light. Service writer said car was still under warranty and service w today because two Maintenance items appeared on control screen- No check engine light. Service writer said car was still under warranty and service would be covered under warranty unless they could establish car was in an accident ( It was not) After a two hour wait, they said there was NO problem- but there was a $214 diagnostic fee. DO NOT take your car there for repairs. The Service Department will rob you. For more details contact me.
