My first service at your dealership started poorly and then got very good. First the bad: Why bother having an interactive website if you are not going to use it? Then I went back in and left you a terrible review and a request to call me back. Again, no response. I then called to make an appointment and got right in. Now the good - Michelle did an excellent job at the service desk. She said my oil change would take about an hour, and that was just about what it took. Nice job. Get a better handle on your web response. It is terrible. And, Michele's name is not even listed as a service advisor, another indicator that nobody has a handle on your web site. My truck was in the shop for almost two months. They didn’t order all the parts they needed to fix my truck initially, so they had to order more parts which made the wait time longer. Hector Centeno really helped me out with my car issue. During my trip to Daytona it totally loosened on the highway and Hector was kind enough to discover this and make sure all my tires were secure. More
