My Lexus wouldn’t crank and key fobs wouldn’t work. I called your dealership and Mike spoke to me and offered to come pick it up but if it was warranty item you could not fix. Nearest Lexus dealership was in Jacksonville so I called Lexus roadside and prepared to haul to them but Mike said it might be battery so I told driver to take to you first. It was late afternoon but your guys jump d on it and told me l battery was fried. I asked for best battery and they suggested lifetime battery which I bought. Your people were prompt, knowledgeable and got me back to beach and my family quickly. Great service More
Both my service tech Aaron as well as the women (believe her name began with a D) who processed my loaner car we’re very personable as well as knowledgeable regarding the process. I normally find my self uncomfortable around service depts due to a stand off ish stance most service techs take in the industry……my experience this week with Aaron was a breath of fresh air.
