I had a 1:00 pm APPOINTMENT for an oil change. I was told the wait would be TWO (2) HOURS because the were behind and overbooked. I took a complementary shuttle home. I returned around 4:00 pm. More

My Highlander was towed to the service dept and Michael Santiago jumped into action. A new tire was required and my new key came in early so he had the vehicle ready in just a few hours. Fantastic service More
