Max works in the accessories department and he was awesome!! His friendly personality, accommodation and customer service were excellent! Two other Toyota dealerships (parts department staff) told m awesome!! His friendly personality, accommodation and customer service were excellent! Two other Toyota dealerships (parts department staff) told me a roof rack is not available for my 2023 Corolla Hybrid. Max knew how/where to look and I had my rack the very next day.
