The workmanship was good, but the new parts left the car looking like it was half painted. We were told the color could not be matched, but this is bull. GEICO simply did not want to pay! The service agent was extremely helpful and communicative. However, the system seems to be flawed. I had brought the car into diagnose a dangerous condition where the car was shutting down whil communicative. However, the system seems to be flawed. I had brought the car into diagnose a dangerous condition where the car was shutting down while driving on the highway and would not restart. Neither the free diagnostic test nor the $160 version identified the condition. The day before O’Reilly ran the OBD 2 test for free and produced the code which led to a repair costing 3 times what online sources suggested. Again the personnel were fantastic but the procedures are highly ineffective for anything other than feeding the bottom line. One wonders about even routine maintenance when this sort of thing happens. More
