Got an appointment quickly. I arrived on time and was sitting in the waiting room within 2 minutes. I could see my status on the board in the lounge and I got texts letting me k I arrived on time and was sitting in the waiting room within 2 minutes. I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee and some chips and I was notified that my car was ready. 2 minutes and a couple of signatures later my service advisor Angel had me back in my car, and on my way home.
