The Dealership is overall great. Service department does a good job for the most part. Unfortunately, getting in touch with your service advisor is challenging at best. They Do NOT return phone calls when you leave voice messages nor do they answer the phone when you call. Extremely disappointed in this aspect of their customer service. Also, asked the service team to check out a loose item under the car near the drivers rear tire. They came back with a $300+ estimate to repair. They didn’t look at the area I requested, instead the looked at the front spoiler of the car. A ~1/4 in screw was all that was needed to repair the item I asked them to look at. Don’t know how the spoiler was looked at when the rear tire item was identified and shown to the service advisor. Additionally, the sales department will grab you contact information from the service department and contact you about trading in/selling your car regardless of the “no contact” status in their computer system. This has happened several times so far even after speaking with the sales manager. More
