I place appointment on line for the tire sale on 6/29. The website said sale price would be honored if scheduled before 7/10. I also called the service dept to confirm on 6/29 and spoke to Nakia Mothersill who told me yes, I will get the sale price on 7/5 with my appt. I took a day off of work (lost $500 in wages) to get tires put on and the service department would not honor the sale price. As a consumer, I did everything right on line and confirmed with Nakia. I bought 2, not one but 2 brand new Toyotas from Daytona Toyota last summer and I’m completely disappointed about this incident. I was looking to buy another car for my daughter, not after this.
