I was so nervous when we arrived because the service department was packed! But, I got checked in right away, and Angel's estimate of how long our service would take was very accurate. It was ready 10 m department was packed! But, I got checked in right away, and Angel's estimate of how long our service would take was very accurate. It was ready 10 minutes earlier than he said, which was nice. This is random, but their wifi was a little spotty... I lost some work I didn't click Save on enough times, but that's my bad. So come prepared to click Save a lot if you're working! Haha. More

Set appointment for 10am left at 11:30. I was assured I would be out quickly. 90 minutes for an oil change? I was forced to cancel another appointment. That was giving a 45 minute window.
