Karen is fairly knowlegable of Toyota's in general but not so much with the hybrid's, I was a tad perplexed when she forgot to add in the Brake fluid on the estimate, I've had that issue with two other de not so much with the hybrid's, I was a tad perplexed when she forgot to add in the Brake fluid on the estimate, I've had that issue with two other dealerships in the area and we are running out of quality shops, the brakes per the inspection sheet are at 50% not needing an overhaul so quit sending advertisements for service. If Toyota made a Tacoma Hybrid is be buying one instead of a Ford Maverick. More
