I came in for my toyocare tire rotation service and it took 2 hours. This was a scheduled appointment that I had indicated I was going to stay and wait for. I have received tire rotations and oil changes took 2 hours. This was a scheduled appointment that I had indicated I was going to stay and wait for. I have received tire rotations and oil changes at other Toyota dealerships in the past and it has always taken 1 hr max. In addition to taking longer than expected, they did not address my issue with the tire pressure accurately indicated on the Toyota app after the tire rotation. They had asked if I wanted a cabin air filter change because it was “very dirty” for $45. I declined because I can do this myself for $10. When I got home, I wanted to check the cabin air filter myself, after unlatch I got the glove compartment, the filter cover’s tabs were broken. The filter has never been replaced before or removed prior to this tire rotation. Also the filter was not “very dirty”. It’s a charcoal filter which is gray from the factory and there was some dust but nothing else. Overall, experience was slightly below satisfactory and I would rather drive an additional 10 miles to another dealership for my future services. More

We have been going to this dealership since 2013 with our old Tacoma and then bought a new 2017 Tacoma from them when we moved here. Their service has always been fast, courteous and priced well. Purchased a new vehicle but had to return for the included window tint due to schedule conflicts with the service department. Returned approx. one week later to get it completed. From the time I arrived to completion was about 30 minutes. However two days after I returned home my wife pointed out a small bubble in the tint on the driver's side this is somewhat normal as they tend to work their selves out The power window was not operated prior to this as it requires no operation for five days after tinting. Hope, to get it repaired on the next service trip if it has not disappeared by then Also, there was some dust/dirt left on the door sill after they were done that was not cleaned prior to me taking back possession. Other than that good job! More
