I have a very bad experience with the agent CIO. She was very mean and wasted my time while I left my car over there for of 7 hours and returned back and she didn’t do the oil change for me . I Always liked this dealership. Their service center is very good especially compared to other Toyota dealerships. It seems chaotic most times when you arrive, but the job gets done and done right.
