EXCELLENT SERVICE! I brought my vehicle in for the 10,000 mile service. James Brady was my service advisor and I would recommend him to others...he made me feel at ease I brought my vehicle in for the 10,000 mile service. James Brady was my service advisor and I would recommend him to others...he made me feel at ease. Since it was my first time bringing my vehicle in myself, he took me into the waiting area and explained what the different areas were. When the service was complete, he explained what was done with my vehicle. The young guy who also greeted me upon arrival was also very nice (he even commented on my Miami Dolphins license plate). I was in for a tire repair an it was done but I had to xx on it to find out it was already parked waiting to go. Then when I was leaving the computer was not reset again on dash . I went after one year for recall . CIO was very helpful and answered all my questions. She is professional and curteous. Everyone wore mask and maintained safe distancing.
