I pulled car in for service. Surprisingly I was the only car in service area. Also, surprIiingly noone came to greet me. Usually, there is a greeter or two. Once I found my serviceman who was away from his desk attending to service related activities, i was OK. I waited about 5 minutes for him w/o anyone offering assistance. It's just strange not to be greeted and helped when you pull in, thus only the 4-star rating More

I arrived with a flat tire and needed a new tire. After discussing with service rep about probably 2 new tres on the rear. They completed this timely and were very nice. Unfortunately when arriving home at Daytona beach I noticed they were a different size as to what remained on the front. I called back and asked rather than remove the new tire size what about changing front two the same. Should work as they are only 10 mm different. They gave me a better price because what would they do the rear tires now with 40 miles on them. Thanks for being fair More

It is not easy to access and I only come here when I have to. I would probably use the Service Center more often if it was easily accessible and not so crowded. More
