Took 5 days for the service after I was quotedv1 oe 2 days. There was no communication to let me know time frames, which means I had to schedule my days around the service. The service completed would days. There was no communication to let me know time frames, which means I had to schedule my days around the service. The service completed would be a 5 star other than communication. On addition my transponder was in my traded in Toyota and no one could seem to find it. The manager even called my husband once and said he would call back but never did. More
