Easy breezy leasing I was 2 years into a 4 year lease for a vehicle I regretted leasing. I was frustrated by then and requested information over the phone because I was tired of going into the dealerships only to be turned away. I was able to forward all my details to someone over the phone who agreed to figure something out for me. I made my way in and met Steven who was as straight forward as I was. I told him what I wanted; he told me what I needed to do. I pushed back a little (lol) and he met me half way. I took up most of his morning (sorry) but not once did I feel like he was giving me the bs spiel. It was as if I was talking to a friend rather than a sales person.
