Friendly staff. However, accuracy is concerning. It took almost 2 hours for my oil change due to the fact that my vehicle was confused with another - that did not However, accuracy is concerning. It took almost 2 hours for my oil change due to the fact that my vehicle was confused with another - that did not have a driver waiting in the lounge. About halfway through my wait, I was presented the incorrect vehicle to checkout... In their defense, I almost accepted the vehicle as my own. But, I feel like that is where the number tags and calling customers by name would be useful. More
