Things went well but had a service light come on that not in the manual. Call Kevin to ask about it , he didn’t know the answer and said he would get back with me asap I’m still waiting. in the manual. The service was great. Team member was already ready for me with paperwork as soon as I pulled in. Worked in the lobby while I waited and had no issues. Team member was already ready for me with paperwork as soon as I pulled in. Worked in the lobby while I waited and had no issues. More
Chris did a great job with letting me know of the cost of repair to my vehicle along with when everything would be done and complete! repair to my vehicle along with when everything would be done and complete! More

This is the first GM automobile I've owned in decades. I chose DeHaven because they are close to where I live. I chose DeHaven because they are close to where I live. More
I arrived early. I did I was in a hurry. The service took 2 1/2 hours for simple oil change and tire rotation. Her apology was the service tech came in late. I did I was in a hurry. Once again I left Dehaven with less than I showed up with. I KNEW I had one tire pressure sensor that needed replaced. But I left with ALL 4 not working. Oh, I know, it’s “low voltage”. Hmmm. So IF with. I KNEW I had one tire pressure sensor that needed replaced. But I left with ALL 4 not working. Oh, I know, it’s “low voltage”. Hmmm. So IF I hadn’t have had my tires rotated, I would most likely still only need ONE sensor replaced As YOUR FINAL PAPERWORK SHOWS as well. But for whatever reason, NONE of them work now. Thank you for that. My educated guess is since those are merely sensors, maybe harsh handling of tires during rotation finished off all 3 of the others. But YOU know better. Too odd and at $134 a pop, you can bet Dehaven won’t get that repair. I no longer trust you as THIS event was not the first of “strange” occurrences that have happened when my vehicles have come to your service department. I trusted you with my vehicle and NOW I no longer can. I now fear what else might have happened when they had my hood up. A sad day. More
