In my opinion I was led to believe that the vehicle I purchased had safety options that it did not have. After my purchase. I questioned the sales people on their lack of ability to articulate the option purchased had safety options that it did not have. After my purchase. Without going into detail, I was basically brushed off with no option but to trade in the vehicle for another. I am extremely disappointed for I made it clear in our conversations what I wanted. This dealer's motto should be, "The customer is always wrong" I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealer, or from Nissan. If the vehicle I wanted with the safety options I wanted, had not been available on their lot, I would have been willing to wait, but they misled me when explaining the options. Ironically, there is only one option missing that I wanted. In my opinion this survey is purely academic for I now own the vehicle, and it is clear that nothing can, or will be done. I can't help but wonder how many other customers have been misled as I have been for purposes of fulfilling a sales quota More

I had the worst experience from Deland Nissan and I’m not happy with the service provided. I paid over $1500 to fix my car and my car still isn’t fixed. Nissan has worked on my car three times and now I have happy with the service provided. I paid over $1500 to fix my car and my car still isn’t fixed. Went to get a car wash and one of the salesman asked me if I was getting oil change. I say no, and ask why not.I told him I was told I’m supposed to have 5,000 mile to get an oil change .
