Thanks to Mr. Tom Skinners's personal involvement, the 3 months long wait ended up today. Might have been a system glitch more rare than a unicorn, totally unpleasant but in the past now. He followed diligently and I appreciate his help in resolving the case. Gabriel.

Non-stop issues with this location. I WOULDN'T SUGGEST BUYING A CAR HERE. The forever warranty is just a way for them to scam you out of services that you don't need at 50k miles. More
