For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. This was my 1st purchase that I have ever financed. Usually buy older vehicles that last a couple yrs. Sales teams was very helpful. Zero pressure. Finance office was the same. This was my first time buying a car. I have leased all my previous Cheverlot vehicles. I have worked with Damien at Denooyer for the past six years with Chevrolet. As this is a big decis I have leased all my previous Cheverlot vehicles. I have worked with Damien at Denooyer for the past six years with Chevrolet. As this is a big decision and I have been working with Damien for some time, he knows I get overwhelmed in this process. This was the most seamless and effortless process in all my years working with him. I am very meticulous about the numbers and my budget. He knows that and is patient with me. He gets to know his clients very well. He already knew what car I would like to be in, although he allowed me to shop around and look at other vehicles. When the pick-up day came, you usually spent an hour to three hours, but my family and I were in and out in an hour with all the paperwork signed and completed. If I were you, I would go to DeNooyer Chevrolet, and you already know who to ask for Damien! You will not regret it! More

Fantastic first experience.
