For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. Horrible experience Liars and cheats. I will explain....chris a salesman is a liar. Drove 2 hrs to see a car, car was definitely in a major accident. If you allow liars i Liars and cheats. I wouldn't go here if they were giving cars away. I was given a key and left alone, no sales person for 1.5 hrs. Dont do it to yourself many better places out there. More

Man what a ride. Harley Davidson screaming eagle 👍 I don’t usually buy a motorcycle without sitting on it and taking it for a test drive to see how it handles . But I was 1500 miles away.So all I had to go buy was DeNooyer Chevrolet’s 5 Star rating,and the word of one of there sales persons. Luckily for me I got Chris Magnano on the phone when I called. Chris was extremely helpful right from the start. He told me what great condition the bike was in, took time to send me pictures and even shared with me Some local moving companies that could ship the bike to me. Chris also rides motorcycles and he sent me a video of his awesome bike. I trusted Chris right from the beginning, he came across as a person Who was honest and really cared about your concerns and buying a vehicle. My bike arrived a week later and it was everything Chris had said it was and more. I consider Chris my friend more than a sales person.
