For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. Unable to make a Deal I was interested in a car on Denooyer's lot and contacted them using their "Value your trade" tool. Krysta replied by calling me and stating that I ne I was interested in a car on Denooyer's lot and contacted them using their "Value your trade" tool. Krysta replied by calling me and stating that I needed to come in for an accurate appraisal, which is understandable, but Krista could not even give me a ballpark figure after using their "value your trade" tool. I decided I wasn't going to waste a full day off between driving a couple of hours and trying to negotiate when i couldn't even be told a ballpark figure. More

Good Service The service center is quick and efficient. The layout of the entry way into the service center could use some attention. While waiting for the garage door to open I was partially blocking the pathway on the side of the building. I have a female employee get out of a vehicle and told me to honk the horn, but there was a vehicle parked right on the other side of the door. She told me to forget about honking and she would open the door. When she came back out of the garage she looked at me and rolled her eyes. I find that very unprofessional. Everyone else i had contact with was very Courteous and professional. More
