I have always hated that when I find someone I trust at a dealer, by the time I return for a trade in that person has left and I have to start a new relationship with a salesperson that I don't know. I was drawn to the Dealership because I knew they sold Chevy Volts and now the new 100% electric Chevy Bolt. When I met Joe, he was well on the way to becoming an educated expert in this brand new model of electric car and has continued to expand his knowledge of electric vehicles in general. I appreciated Joe's attention and follow through, as well as, his efficient and straight forward manner helping us get the car we wanted. He was knowledgeable in the state and federal EV rebates and incentives and determined I could take advantage of my employer's vehicle discount program saving me more $$! The Denooyer support staff (from the front desk, financing, tech support and insurance support) were all pleasant, knowledgeable and competent.
