I give four stars as a major improvement from my past experience w/DeNoyer service. My car needed emergency evaluation and treatment. It didn't start well as the service person I spoke to on the phone co experience w/DeNoyer service. My car needed emergency evaluation and treatment. It didn't start well as the service person I spoke to on the phone could not predict if/when my car would be looked at, let alone repaired. This has been my past experience. However, when I brought the car in and dropped it off, Jonathan was very helpful. He took all pertinent information and kept me updated on the progress. The car was serviced in a timely manner. I want to get a "hat's off" to Jonathan. More
