Not very productive, good customer service, lacking maintenance wise, almost two hours for a oil change. Last oil change they were supposed to rotate tires and didn't. This time I just did oil. The sticker they put on my windshield says I'm already 1,000 miles over my next oil change service. Lacking attention and detail. They mark everything on my truck green. Tires are not wearing normal due to alignment issues after an accident. They are simply just lacking detail. More

I brought my relatively new car in for service here. The part was difficult to get, which was not the dealerships fault, however when I called (weekly) to get an update, they got rude with me and told me, p part was difficult to get, which was not the dealerships fault, however when I called (weekly) to get an update, they got rude with me and told me, pretty rudely, they would call me when there was an update. So I waited- about 6 weeks- no word. So I called again and they had clearly forgotten my car was even there and promised it would be ready in the next couple days. Apparently the person working on my car had quit, seems like they don't have a good system for handling that since they literally forgot they had my vehicle even though the part had come in. My car was there so long that when they gave it back, they warned me about "lot rot" - not something you want to hear about your new car! Will certainly not return, what a dreadful experience. More
