Thank you to Sid. Went there on a Saturday when my new Equinox (purchased at a different dealership had a steering module problem). I was worried about the safety of driving. DJ has customer service etiquette. The service technicians were able to diagnose my vehicle prior to my appointment, since I brought the vehicle in a day early.
