RE: Service Dept only. Scheduled routine maintenance w/appt shouldn't take 2 hours; and last 3 visits now my tires are always way over inflated. I was told that my issue was covered under the emissions warranty and then was charged almost 350$ to replace my purge valve. Which under the parts list that are covered under the emissions warranty book it warranty and then was charged almost 350$ to replace my purge valve. Which under the parts list that are covered under the emissions warranty book it says “valves”. Then after leaving the dealership, the purge valve was not attached correctly and my car was malfunctioning on wolf road during rush hour and I had to pull off the road and a service person had to come and fix it. This was the worst experience I’ve had at any dealership thus far. The service manager, I think his name is Steve, was very helpful in resolving this issue. he corrected a lot of the wrongs and thought he was very understanding of why I was unhappy. More
