Desperate is an understatemt Battery light went on a mile from DeNooyer....I immediately drove straight there and met with Bob Anderson. My problem outside of not knowing what was wrong with my vehicle but I was leaving to drive to Boston for my daughters wedding the next morning at 11 a. m. Needless to say I was panicked and desperate to say the least. On top of that I didn't notice that my vehicle was way past due for inspection and needed new tires...and how was your day. Time is of the essence and all I can say is that Bob Anderson came through in flying colors and as far as I am concerned he went above and beyond and kept me in the loop the whole time that helped relieve the stress. My usual service rep was not working and I'm so glad that Bob filled in....I highly recommend More

I was very disappointed with the service I received. I brought my truck in for a recall, the dealer ended up having to keep my truck for over a week for something they couldn't seem to fix. As a result I ended up having to pay money because they couldn't figure out what the problem was and that my truck was costing them money. I initially brought my truck in for a recall that should of been covered 100% then was told I actually had to pay for it. And paid unnecessary money for a car rental that I wasn't supposed to pay. After getting my truck back, it wasn't running like it usually does, it was hesitating and the rpms kept jumping up to 3 or 4 while just driving the speed limit. I have been a loyal customer. I had my parents buy a brand new vehicle paid for in cash, and tell everyone I know to go to your dealer. Now my confidence has been shaken and I'm not sure I want to bring my vehicle back. More
