Service brought leased truck in for first oil change. Arrived about 1:45 had scheduled appointment at 2pm, Waited over five minutes to have door opened, even brought leased truck in for first oil change. Arrived about 1:45 had scheduled appointment at 2pm, Waited over five minutes to have door opened, even thought 'honked horn 4 times as instructed' on door. However, noticed that right lane to service center open door for 2 cars as we waited. Once inside, service rep. was polite and professional. Unfortunately, we had to wait about 1 hour and 30 minutes for servicing. Longer than we expected. Our service rep came to customer lounge at 3:20 and apologized that we were still waiting as another rep came to look for us but couldn't find us, as our truck had been ready. We never left the area and sat at table the whole time. But will return as we purchased a service contract. More

In and out as usual, and as expected. scheduled an oil change & check-up, plus a state inspection. Dropped off car at 7:15, went for breakfast at area dinner. Disappointed in GM warranty coverage. Excellent service.
