Long wait. Poor customer service I had an appointment at 10:00 am for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited for three hours and my return slip stated by car did not begin being serviced until an hour after I arrived for my appointment. What is the point of making an appointment if the wait time is going to be excessive anyway? After waiting for three hours, with no apology from staff, the man at the front desk (Donald) refused to acknowledge that I had coupons for both my services. A little disappointing this time I usually have a great experience. Matt Ross is fantastic! This service time I was being helped by DJ. Who was nice enough. I had my car towed in Tuesday night (my car was overheating) for my Wednesday at 7:45am service time. When I didn’t hear anything by 2:45pm I texted the Duane (who is apparently DJ) at the number that was sent to me when the car was dropped off. When I didn’t hear anything by 3pm in response I called the main number and found out that DJ was my service assistant. He wasn’t at his phone so I left a message. I got a phone call back about 45 minutes later. I finally found out what was wrong with my car and that they had to order parts, but the whole thing was covered by my extended warranty. He didn’t think the car would be done that night, he offered me a loaner car but assured me that the car would be ready the next morning. I said it was fine and that we could wait till the next day. Thursday, I called to speak to DJ after 12:40pm and I hadn’t heard anything from him. He wasn’t at his phone so I left a message. I finally heard back a half hour later when he said that they had wanted to know if I wanted them to service something unrelated to why the car came in. I declined and he said that the car should be ready in about 1 hour but he would call me just in case they ran into any other issues. DJ called me back around 2:50pm and said the car needed a half hour and then will be good to go and have me the number to Mike who could give me a courtesy ride. I called mike and he said he would be able to come get me around 4pm. I decided to cancel my ride with Mike because the time was inconvenient. When we got to the dealership the girl who was at the window to handle “pickups” had no idea where the car was so my husband had to search for the car. (Luckily he was there because I broke my ankle and am on partial weight bearing). More

Terrible - Without my vehicle for 1 week with no resolution Dropped the car off Wednesday night at 7:45 pm for a 7:30 am service appointment on Thursday. Thursday - I called around 2 pm to get an update on t Dropped the car off Wednesday night at 7:45 pm for a 7:30 am service appointment on Thursday. Thursday - I called around 2 pm to get an update on the car. Received a call back from Chris saying that the User Interface Module went bad and that is what is causing the two service warnings that I was receiving. I asked if it was covered under warranty and he said oh yes definitely, you bought all the good warranties. Then said they had to order the part and it would be in the next day. Friday - I called around 2 pm again and left a message asking for a update. Don called me back as Chris had the day off. Don told me the car wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be ready until Monday at the earliest. He also told me they didn’t have any loaner vehicles to give me. I insisted that I was given a loaner because it’s the weekend and I work a 2nd job. I explained that when I bought the vehicle I was told that I would get a loaner whenever I had service done on the car. After a few minutes he reluctantly said ok let me see what I can do for you and told me he’d call me back. He called back 10 minutes later and told me he got me a loaner vehicle and “to be ready because his guy is coming NOW to pick me up”. I had to leave work early to get back to the dealership to get the loaner vehicle. Monday - I called and asked for a update. Chris called me back and said while the user interface module was getting installed the antenna was damaged so now they are waiting for that part to come in. Tuesday - no word from the service department so I called around 2 pm and left a message. Wednesday - received a call back from Chris stating he had good new and bad news. Good news was that they replaced the user interface module and they corrected the severed antenna that admittedly was their fault. But the bad news is that the front radar detection module is bad and we need to replace that. It looks as if there was damage to the front bumper that in turn damaged this box and it isn’t covered under warranty and would cost me at least $1000 to replace. I called back later in the day to say I wasn't going to get the work done and wanted to pick my vehicle up. No one returned my call so I just stopped by. The vehicle was still on the lift and mechanic left for the day so they couldn't give me back my vehicle. I finally got a call the next day and said it was ready to be picked up. I left with my car later that day, with it all greased up on the interior and still receiving the error messages. This isn't the first time I've had issues with the service department. Chris was nice but the rest of them that I've dealt with are rude and obnoxious. They even went as far as writing on one of my estimates "as per customer enthusiasm" we replaced XYZ. I will never return to them for service again. I may never buy a GM vehicle again because of the issues I've experienced. More
Very disappointed with my results My vehicle sat at the shop for over a week after being completed. I was told the shop was waiting to receive paperwork for a supplement from the insurance company however when I contacted my insurance company they had zero notice that a supplement was needed. I was told nobody from denooyer notified the insurance company of the supplement. I then had to get a second claim adjuster on the case and have them call the shop and only then did the paperwork for the supplement get figured out. Also when I got my truck back the driver side front door was still out of line. Nothing leaks and it does close properly however aesthetically you can see the front door does not line up with the back door. I could not afford another rental car at the time after having one for over 2 weeks so I was stuck with having to accept the fact that my door wasn’t completely fixed. I hope that I do not get in any more accidents in the future however if I do I will absolutely not be bringing my vehicle back to denooyer. I am also considering taking it somewhere else for oil changes and tire rotations due to my experience with this incident. Respectfully yours, Pat. More
