Very good experience as always! I called in regards to a problem with my Power Steering. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. However, on the ride home a diffe I called in regards to a problem with my Power Steering. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. Don Strand Was AWESOME!!! I did not have a Great Service Experience with DeNooyer when I initially bought the Truck and I moved over to DePaula. But, Don Strand called me and a I did not have a Great Service Experience with DeNooyer when I initially bought the Truck and I moved over to DePaula. But, Don Strand called me and asked for another chance. Don was spectacular!!!! He guided me thru the process and kept me updated thru out the process. Check engine light shut off I had a check engine light come on and couldn’t find a real solution to what was wrong on my 4 year old car. The service advisor, Matt, not only helpe I had a check engine light come on and couldn’t find a real solution to what was wrong on my 4 year old car. The service advisor, Matt, not only helped me figure out why the light was on, but also helped me find out that getting the part fixed was covered by one of my extended warranties as well. The issue was fixed quickly, and I had my car back in less than an hour. More
