"The Worst" dealership experience I have ever had in 50 year You sited repairs that did not need to be done. I had the repairs sited by you at close to $2,000 completed for $ 386. I was pricing a truck at the same time as my vehicle was being assessed and was flat out lied to and manipulated in the worst salesmen's shell game I have ever had the misfortune to be a part of. Quote of the salesman,,"The bad news is your Jeep needs $4,500 in repairs", when a day later I get the printout from the service department ( which looked quite professional: too bad it was exaggerated or inflated ) which set the cost at just under $2,000, which as mentioned earlier was completed for $ 386 by a local repair shop I've used for years. I was so ticked off that I posted the experience on my social networks of which I am a part, ( approx. 1200+ contacts ). So far I've had twenty one responses for verification of the experience which I fully confirmed with the complete details of the experience. You are very unethical in your business practices and I can only hope you suffer the consequences that I hope occurs as I can not be the only individual your dealership pulled this type of scam. More
