At 11 am on a Wednesday morning, there were only middle-aged customers in the waiting area. I think you have to be a little more aware and considerate of the customers who are waiting. I was there 1-1/2 hours and had a headache when I left. Again, service was fine. Waiting area needs improvement. More
Mostly Good My 2011 Volt had a CEL/MIL and codes P1E00 and P0AA6. P0A66 indicates "Hybrid/EV Battery Voltage System Isolation Lost." The problem was fixed. DeNooyer charged $312.50 + tax to "Reprogram BECM and HPCM WCC S1E34." They said software problems are not covered by my 8 year/100K mile Voltec warranty yet I see others have gotten this fixed under warranty. I'm pursuing this with GM. I also had the car detailed. They did a great job except for two things. The front floor mats are anchored by pop-in pegs. Both front mats had one anchor pulled out of the mat and still attached to the pegs on the floor. I think I can re-install the anchors in the mats by pulling the two halves apart and gluing them back in. I've seen problems in other cars where loose floor mats cause the accelerator pedal to jam. I don't want that. More

Unfortunately I had a bad experience Usually I had very good service. This time they forgot my car and never worked on it while I waited. 2.5 hours later I checked on it and they realized Usually I had very good service. This time they forgot my car and never worked on it while I waited. 2.5 hours later I checked on it and they realized what had happened. And it turned out my issue was simple to fix! Once they brought it into the garage they should follow up on the technician to make sure it was being worked on. They apologized but never did anything for my time waiting. I will think very hard before I go back. More

Last visit I had a major AC issue during the umpteenth heat wave this summer and Scott was great. He let me posted the whole time and was extremely helpful throughout the complicated diagnosis and fix. Akiem in car rental was super nice and always greeted me with a smile and willingness to help. Had to work with him twice due to the mutiple visits for mutiple fixes with same issue and he was great to work with. Fleet of cars were clean and in great shape. More
