However, and likely due to the rush when they determined the vehicle didn't get into the bay until after I was waiting an hour already, I received the clean white vehicle with lots of grease on the door, door handles (inside and out) and around the hood. Fortunately I keep paper towels in under seat storage so I could clean the mess before driving to office that morning. First time since 1983 I had such a debacle at Denooyer. More

Apparently this is a common set of error codes with the late model GM 2.4L engine, indicating a camshaft timing issue. After looking up the correction procedure on YouTube, I was going to buy and change the intake camshaft sensor myself. The process looked simple enough, but I figured I’d call to see if there was a TSB or extended warranty that covers the repair. I spoke with John on the phone and explained the issue. He told me that it was likely covered under the emissions warranty and I made an appointment for the next day. The service visit was about an hour and it was fixed for free. Good news. More

Made appt over phone and service dept wasn’t aware. But they took me right in. Got email when service was done but email had wrong amount due. No problem as service employee agreed with amount due that I was told on the phone and paid that amount. I love DeNooyer and understand it’s a big place, many employees, different departments and this happens. Everything was excellent! More

As the coolant leaks In mid August I made an appt for service for a coolant leak and a check engine light situation I met with Matt Ross and explained the trouble to him, In mid August I made an appt for service for a coolant leak and a check engine light situation I met with Matt Ross and explained the trouble to him,he said he would call me the next day,which he did to say that a coolant tube going into the turbo was leaking also that they would be replacing my cat converter these items were both covered by my warranty thankfully,unfortunately for myself and service crew 2-3 days later I. Noticed the coolant level in the coolant recovery tank was dropping again. This time I met with John Atwood who I have dealt with before and he was very helpful in telling me that they would re pressure test the cooling sys and find the mystery leak,which they found a 2nd coolant pipe on the turbo was leaking which was replaced and finally fixed the leak.The tech John worked with this 2nd time went above and beyond his duty in checking for and finding this 2nd leak,I am VERY HAPPY with the service I received and the prompt service and diagnosis John and the crew provided me with. More

I have very rarely been to a dealer for service when they have not tried to get more money out of me. It was a wonderful experience. I can not rate this service higher because it's annoying with the amount of notifications. One day the notifications were an hour apart and another notification was send during the night. I did give printed copies of 6 of the notifications to the Service Manager at the time of the appointment. More
