Service and Minor Warranty Issue I needed an annual state inspection, oil change and tire rotation. There was also a minor issue with driver's side leather seat back fading. Disatisfied The last 3 times that I have had work done there has been issues. The first time with my Toyota truck it took 2 weeks to fix it and the bumper to bump The last 3 times that I have had work done there has been issues. The first time with my Toyota truck it took 2 weeks to fix it and the bumper to bumper warranty wasn't good enough.( Which I purchased from you) In July I had my oil changed and could not use my rewards because the computer program was down. This last time in August took a week and there was no rental car available and that was to fix a latch on my hatch. They said I needed a new latch during the $125 diagnosis Then they couldn't get it to work and said it was the control module. So did I pay for a latch when it was the control module? Did I pay for a diagnosis that was wrong? Not a happy customer. . More

Terrible experience! I am VERY displeased with the service I received from the service department. I was sold a car with cracks in the tires. When I went in to ask what th I am VERY displeased with the service I received from the service department. I was sold a car with cracks in the tires. When I went in to ask what they can do, they said they’d replace ALL FOUR TIRES. I waited 2 weeks for these tires, but instead of receiving tires, I received a phone call saying that these tires are actually safe and there is nothing functionally wrong with them. At this point, they said that they would only replace two of the tires and I would have to pay for the other two. Again, previously I was told by two people originally that they absolutely needed replacing and they would cover the cost of all four as a courtesy. I am very upset because my fiancé and I feel like we are being taken advantage of. No one should ever have to go through this. I will say that Steve Gordon has been extremely helpful and I would highly recommend him for the sales department. I will not, however, give any recommendation for the service department. More
