Quick fix I noticed a tire was unusually low and stopped into DeNooyer. The evening crew was able to find the galvanized screw in my tire and patch the hole. Repeat Visit I called to make a service appointment and was told they were booking one week out. I made an appointment for a Friday at 8:00 AM and dropped my car I called to make a service appointment and was told they were booking one week out. I made an appointment for a Friday at 8:00 AM and dropped my car off the night before.. At 2:00 PM on Friday they called me and told me that they didn't have the parts, and that they needed to be ordered. My car was in for brakes - rotors and brake pads. I was told that they would be in on Saturday however, it was too big of a job to be done on Saturday and they would do it on Monday morning. My complaint here is, if my car had been brought in at 8:00 AM which was my "scheduled appointment time" they would have been able to ascertain that the parts needed to be ordered, and ordered them, and I would've been able to pick up my car that evening. Instead what they did was, they brought everybody else's car in for service first (the people who were waiting in the waiting room) and because my car wasn't brought until after lunch time, I'm now without a car for four days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday). MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR AT 8AM, whether I was there or I wasn't. Why are the people who are in the waiting room more important than me? I am a customer too, and I had a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT!!! Then to top it off, they didn't test drive the car (although they told me they did) because after I got the car home it was doing the EXACT same thing that I had expressed to them when I brought the car in. This is not the first time that I have brought the car in for service and after it being serviced, picked up, and brought home, that I have had to bring it back down because it wasn't completely fixed. When I bring my car in for service I want them to keep it until the car is fixed, and do NOT want to make repeated visits to the dealership because they don't get it right the first time.. More

Acomodated Rearview camera took longer to fix. Loaner was provided. Tech completed diagnostics and fix in time for me to return loaner before upcoming out of tow Rearview camera took longer to fix. Service concern not addressed Brought vehicle in for second time for a transmission shifting issue on second visit was told that it was not a transmission issue after it was handl Brought vehicle in for second time for a transmission shifting issue on second visit was told that it was not a transmission issue after it was handled as a transmission issue on the first visit. Was told that nothing could be doing about the problem as it was a throttlebody issue and there would need to be a computer fix from Chevrolet to fix it. At this point there was none available told by service writer that this has been a common complaint yet hasn’t been addressed. Basically told that I have to deal with a powertrain performance issue. This is not acceptable for a vehicle that cost upwards of $60,000. I’m disheartened that I’m told that I have a transmission issue and then it’s not a transmission issue I have to wonder if the technicians know what they’re talking about, in any case I got a vehicle that doesn’t run correctly with no fix on the horizon. More
Very good service from Jon Cordi Went to check noise which I suspected as suspension issue. Since the technician was on lunch break, I was kindly provided a loaner during the check. Suspension was all good based on check, but they went above and beyond and did another test drive with me the next day and offered advice to identify the source of the noise. Asked me to call again if the sound still remains. No charge. More
