Service concern not addressed Brought vehicle in for second time for a transmission shifting issue on second visit was told that it was not a transmission issue after it was handl Brought vehicle in for second time for a transmission shifting issue on second visit was told that it was not a transmission issue after it was handled as a transmission issue on the first visit. Was told that nothing could be doing about the problem as it was a throttlebody issue and there would need to be a computer fix from Chevrolet to fix it. At this point there was none available told by service writer that this has been a common complaint yet hasn’t been addressed. Basically told that I have to deal with a powertrain performance issue. This is not acceptable for a vehicle that cost upwards of $60,000. I’m disheartened that I’m told that I have a transmission issue and then it’s not a transmission issue I have to wonder if the technicians know what they’re talking about, in any case I got a vehicle that doesn’t run correctly with no fix on the horizon. More
