2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and no car wash was given. Truck was foams sat out front for 30 minutes while the paperwork was finalized. I had a Tuesday appointment but I brought my vehicle in Sunday night, hoping they would look at it on Monday. Told them I needed a new alternator. They never looked at it until Thursday. Late Thursday I wa Sunday night, hoping they would look at it on Monday. Told them I needed a new alternator. They never looked at it until Thursday. Late Thursday I was told they had to order the alternator (I told them Monday I needed a new one, could have ordered it then) and it wouldn’t be there until the following Monday. 6 PM Tuesday I was told it was ready. Picked it up Wednesday, ten days after I brought it in. The cost was ridiculously high. Overall, a poor experience. More
I was sold a car with a damaged tire and was not disclosed information even thought the car had been "serviced" prior to purchase. We spent over $2000 only to have the same concern as we dropped it off for the first time then toad in 1/2 later picked up lasted 2 days had to spend another $250 for sensor i told the dealership to check dropped it off for the first time then toad in 1/2 later picked up lasted 2 days had to spend another $250 for sensor i told the dealership to check that they said was not the problem ( crankshaft position sensor) i am totally unhappy with this dealership ( the manager did try to help me out with costs ) but in the end i was stuck with same concern My faith in this dealership has gone to “0” i could have saved a great deal of money just bringing it to a local guy to get it fixed but because i worked for a dealership for over 30 years i always found going to a certified GM or whatever was the thing to do. But as far as i can say this was repaired by a parts replacer not a real technician. I have deleted several attempts by your dealership to fill out Survey’s because i could not give a good review. I will never be back to this place again and would not recommend it to anyone. I am deeply saddened by this More
